The Playbook
The Playbook is a catalogue of named routines — things you can ask VERA for, in your own words, that come back in the same shape every time.
These aren't scripts. You don't have to memorise any particular phrase. Each play shows you the situation, two or three natural-language examples, and what VERA hands back — so you learn the shape of the intent, not the magic words.
The point is repetition. If the Monday Portfolio Read comes back in the same columns, in the same order, every Monday, you can watch the trends. That's what makes this different from asking a chatbot a one-off question. Named. Stable. Repeatable.
The shape-stability contract
Once a play is published here, its output shape is a contract. Columns, column order, and grouping stay stable across weeks so you can trend the output over time. If a play's shape needs to change, we version it and note the change at the top of the page.

A note on role gating
Every play notes who can run it. VERA enforces role permissions at the data layer — a User running a play that includes cost figures will simply not see those columns. The shape of the output adapts to who's asking.
