Situation ​

It's Monday. You want the weekly snapshot of everything you manage — projects in flight, how each one's tracking, and anything that moved over the weekend.

This is the single read that tells you whether your book of work is healthy, and where to focus the next five days.

In the console ​

The Projects list is the console landing page (/console). Sort by Health to float the projects that need you to the top. Each row shows hours used vs budget, % used, status and deadline; click any project to drill in.

What you see ​

A table of every active project you manage:

Sorted: critical first, then warning, then on-track.

Plus:

  • Summary line: "N projects active, M over budget, K at warning"
  • Projects whose status changed since the previous Monday, called out explicitly
  • For retainers and agile engagements: the active period, not the parent — so you're reading the burn that matters now

Who can run it ​

  • Owners see all projects across the business
  • Managers see only projects they're assigned as PM on
  • Dollar amounts (revenue, cost, margin) are hidden for Managers — only percentages shown
